We are just starting: there is no partner network yet. We are looking for the first people who know the shops in their town and want to work under one method.
Roles
Implementation partner
Runs the diagnostic, setup and training in their town.
- Works with the central team's method and templates
- Completes training and quality checks
- Provides first-line support to their clients
Central team
Responsible for the method and quality.
- Process templates and integration library
- Quality control of implementations
- Complex support and product development
How we work
- Who receives the request
- All requests are registered centrally; the partner who brought the client is assigned to that client.
- Who signs the contract and receives payment
- The contract with the client and payment go through the central team. This protects the client and keeps standards consistent.
- Who is responsible for support
- First line: the implementation partner. Complex cases: the central team.
- When the fee is paid
- After the client pays and the work is accepted. The amount is discussed individually and fixed in the contract.
- Refund or contract termination
- The fee is recalculated in proportion to the refund; the terms are set out in the partner agreement.
- Client data protection
- Separate access for each contractor, minimum rights, access revoked when the work ends, copying of client databases prohibited.
