How implementation works

Six stages. Each one ends with a clear result that you see and accept.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

    What we do
A meeting or call, review of accounting and manual operations.
    What we need from you
An hour of the owner's time, showing the software and typical documents.
    Stage result
A list of problems, priorities, a proposal and a price.
  2. 02

    Agreement

    What we do
We fix the scope, acceptance criteria, access and price.
    What we need from you
Approve the plan, assign a responsible employee.
    Stage result
    Contract and work plan.
  3. 03

    Implementation

    What we do
We set up the processes on your data.
    What we need from you
Grant access with limited rights, answer questions.
    Stage result
    Working processes in test mode.
  4. 04

    Testing

    What we do
We run real operations and check them against the criteria.
    What we need from you
The person in charge checks the drafts.
    Stage result
An acceptance certificate or a list of fixes.
  5. 05

    Training

    What we do
We show your staff and leave instructions.
    What we need from you
    Staff time for training.
    Stage result
Staff follow the process on their own.
  6. 06

    Support

    What we do
    Support, fixes, small improvements.
    What we need from you
Report failures and changes in how the shop works.
    Stage result
    Processes keep working after changes.

We give an exact timeline after the diagnostic. It depends on the state of the database, access to the software and how quickly you check the work.

Access and data

  • A separate account for the contractor, without admin rights
  • Passwords and keys are not sent via messengers
  • Access is revoked when the contract ends
  • Your employee posts changes in the accounting system after checking

We’ll review your shop

Leave a request — we’ll show where your shop loses money and time, and which agents to set up first.
