What data we collect
Via the request form: name, phone, city, type of business, number of outlets, accounting software used, description of the problem. Via the partner form: name, phone, city, role of interest, experience. Technical: request date, page language, an anonymized hash of the IP address for spam protection.
What we do not collect
Passwords, access keys, financial documents, customer databases. If you accidentally included such data in your request, let us know and we will delete it.
Purposes of processing
To contact you about your request, run the diagnostic and prepare a proposal. The data is not used for mailings without separate consent and is not sold.
Storage
Requests are stored in a database on the server specified in the details below. Storage period: until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years.
Transfer
A notification about a new request may be sent to the contractor's work messenger without the name or phone number: only the request number and business type. Data is not transferred to third parties, except as required by law.
Analytics
The site counts anonymized events (for example, "form opened", "request sent") without name, phone or cookie identifiers.
Your rights
You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to the operator's contact email.
